Privacy information

This draft privacy summary describes the information requested by the current iMar Talent preview. iMar must publish an approved privacy notice with the responsible legal entity, lawful basis, retention periods, rights contact, and applicable jurisdiction before public launch.

Information in a crew account

Information may include name, country, email, structured work history, ROV systems, certifications, availability, and optional private documents. Crew members can edit their profile and manage documents in the Crew Portal.

Information in an agency account

Information may include company details, contact person, operating areas, recruitment experience, and private company verification files.

Agency access

Agencies can search only iMar-approved crew profile fields after agency approval. They do not receive original CVs, private contact details, private documents, or internal iMar notes through candidate search.

Private files

Files are stored outside public web routes and require an authenticated, authorized download request. Access is restricted to the file owner and authorized iMar reviewers.
